Key responsibilies:

• Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Developing sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Evaluate performance of sales staff.
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue, generate timely sales reports.
